This web site is dedicated to helping you along your chosen path by sharing the experience and knowledge we have gained along ours.
You may be asking why SNAPPING CHAINS? We all have chains that tie us down. Some of the chains are there due to constraints by others. Maybe your parents or your boss or your spouse have placed demands on you that are in conflict with your own beliefs. Some of the chains are self-imposed. Perhaps fear controls you. Self doubt is a chain. The chains are ANYTHING that limits you. We want you to be a no limit person. Find your way - not someone else's idea of what your way should be. It's there if you just SNAP THE CHAINS THAT TIE YOU DOWN!!
Audrey is a Registered Nurse (BSN), a Reiki Master, a mother of 4 and soon to be a Certified Personal Trainer.
Bob is Mechanical Engineer (BSME), 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, Assistant Boy Scout Master and published author (Timber Ghosts - 2005 - fiction novel)
As we start the second half of our jouney to reach 100 years young, we want to share some of the secrets of anti-aging and finding peace in life. For the math challenged, Bob is 50 years young and Audrey is a never ending 49 - although she is frequently mistaken for 1/2 her age or less. Let her guide you through the maze of age defying products and nutrition to find the ones that work. Her motto is, "It's not what you put on the outside that counts; it's what you put inside." She is a living testament everlasting beauty and youth.
The higher self is always striving for peace through enlightenment. Along the way, we have developed a strategy toward peace and love. It isn't difficult to master. You just need to recalibrate your brain to think of life in a different way.
We are just getting started so, give us a few weeks to develop this site into a source for your personal journey.
